Greengrass Isle (Japanese: ワカクサ本島 Wakakusa Island) is an island on which players can conduct sleep research in Pokémon Sleep.

A Snorlax snoozing in Greengrass IsleGreengrass Isle is the first island available for players in Pokémon Sleep. It hosts the greatest variety of Pokémon, with 102 different species being found here. It is often decorated in conjunction with limited-time events that are held only on this island.
Snorlax found here are colored normally, and their favorite Berries can be any kind.

Glaceon was initially only available during the Holiday 2023 — Double Dream Shard Research event, but it was later made available on Greengrass Island permanently.
